Everyone goes through difficult times in life, but keeping a positive outlook through those times is difficult for an awful lot of us! Of course being positive all the time is super hard, and on some bad days you want to just…wallow in it. But here’s some quick tips on how to remain positive!
Make a list
Make a list of all the things you enjoy and are happy about in your life! It’s better to write this list when you’re in a good place, then have it to refer back to. When you’re going through difficulty in life it can be really comforting to know that there are things you enjoy. If you don’t feel up to writing a list of things you enjoy, then write one of things you’re looking forward to!
I’m a glass half empty kinda gal, or at least I used to be. Teaching yourself to be optimistic is such a valuable skill! Being able to pick yourself back up when life gets tough can take an awful lot of time and effort, but it’s easier when you’re optimistic. Even fake optimism works if it will get you out of bed!
Manifesting is something I’ve been working on a lot lately, and I’ll be writing more on it soon! The key to manifesting is being sure in yourself and your concepts, even if you’re having a shitty day manifesting can still help you. Instead of thinking that bad things will continue to happen try focusing on and believing that good things, and the things you want will happen.
At first it’s extremely difficult and may feel forced, but as you become more confident in yourself then you will truly start to believe your positive thoughts. Manifesting won’t work unless you believe in what you’re manifesting, and that you deserve it. When everything feels like it’s going wrong I think about the thing I’m manifesting, and that any problems are just a bump in the road.
